The company names its first Chief Delivery Officer and a new Chief

senior leadership team, laying the groundwork for another year of
growth. The company announced its first Chief Delivery Officer (CDO),
Robert Hayes and named Curt Gooden its new Chief Information Officer
(CIO). TaskUs is becoming the heavyweight in customer and back office
process support, and Hayes and Gooden bring expertise to ensure TaskUs
holds on to its edge.

As Chief Delivery Officer, Hayes will lead global client operations,
ensuring the delivery of value from the company to the client from the
moment the contract is signed. Before joining TaskUs, he held senior
roles optimizing operations and leading large, global teams within the
Gooden brings exceptional expertise in contact center information
technology. He comes to TaskUs with over 20 years in the BPO industry,
providing technology-based solutions that maximized revenue, transformed
customer experiences and optimized business processes. He has held
leadership positions at several top BPO companies in information
technology and security. Gooden is a graduate of Colorado State
University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration and Information Systems.
