First Republic Adds Three Wealth Management Professionals in Jackson, Wyoming

management company, today announced that three wealth management
professionals have joined First Republic Private Wealth Management in
Jackson, Wyoming.

Jim Gersack was named Managing Director and Wealth Manager, and Rick
Will was named Vice President and Wealth Manager. They will provide
investment management, retirement planning and other wealth management
services to individuals, families, businesses, nonprofits and

Patrick Trucco was named Managed Director and Wealth Advisor and will
work with clients to develop comprehensive wealth strategies. All three
will work at First Republic’s Jackson office at 545 West Broadway, which
provides full-service private banking, private business banking, and
real estate lending in additional to wealth management.

Jim Gersack, Rick Will and Patrick Trucco are highly accomplished
wealth professionals from Jackson who understand the needs of our

Gersack, who has 21 years of wealth management experience, was
previously President of First Western Trust in Jackson. Earlier in his
career, he worked for Bank of America and First Interstate Wealth
Management. He began his career in 1997 at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. in
San Francisco. Gersack is a trustee of the National Museum of Wildlife
Art, Teton County Library Foundation and Our Lady of the Mountains
Catholic Church. He also coaches Jackson Youth Hockey. Gersack earned a
bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Montana
State University. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®)

Will, who has 10 years of wealth management experience, previously
worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at First Western Trust in Jackson.
He began his wealth management career at RMB Capital in 2008. Will
serves as a board member of Jackson Hole Trout Unlimited and is the
assistant coach of the boys’ varsity lacrosse team at Jackson High
School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University
of Denver. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®)

Trucco, who has more than 35 years of financial services experience,
previously was a Vice President at RMB Capital in Jackson Hole. Earlier
in his career, he worked at Goldman Sachs, Sanwa Bank, and MF Global.
Trucco serves on the boards of St. John’s Hospital Foundation, the
Animal Adoption Center, and Teton Literacy Center. He earned a
bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
