Peopleclick Announces the Release of VMS 5.0 at the Staffing Industry Analysts' 2009 CWS Summit

An Optimum sponsor of the conference, Peopleclick will be showcasing the latest features of Peopleclick VMS 5.0, which provides clients with enhanced functionality such as advanced compliance and risk management.
An integral part of the Peopleclick Talent Acquisition Suite', Peopleclick VMS 5.0 expands the scope of the solution by providing the following additional capabilities:
- Compliance Manager ' A new module that aids clients in risk management and mitigation for their contingent workforce. With this new component, clients can manage position-specific certifications and onboarding/offboarding tasks. This feature also includes new document management and administration capabilities.
- Multilingual Support ' This release provides the framework to support multiple languages including US-English, UK-English, French Canadian and German. This further enhances the ability to deliver global solutions to Peopleclick's non-US based clients.
- Detailed Time Out/Time In ' This enhancement specifically addresses the Labor Code requirement in the State of California (Section 512), requiring that meal periods be provided based on the number of hours worked in a work day. Peopleclick VMS will now support the ability to capture the Time Out/Time In values associated with any break/meal periods that need to be captured by a worker.
- Interview iCalendar Functionality ' This feature allows Peopleclick clients and vendors the ability to automatically create meeting requests in their Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes calendar applications upon confirmation of an interview.
