In his role, Tyler Silva is responsible for driving Collective Contract’s overall strategy, business development and program success with its manufacturing partners, as well as overseeing and managing the Operations and Finance/Accounting teams. Silva brings more than a decade of direct sales success and experience in managing high-performance sales teams in the commercial interior furniture market, consistently eclipsing sales targets and forging relationships with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to co-founding Collective Contract, Silva was Vice President of Sales – West at AMQ Solutions.
In his role, Jason Lauro is responsible for driving Collective Contract’s overall strategy, business development and program success with commercial interior furniture dealerships across the U.S., as well as overseeing and managing the Marketing and Communications teams. Lauro brings more than 12 years of experience in developing, educating and managing, sales teams and relationships with commercial interior furniture dealerships nationwide, resulting in consistent and notable growth and results. Prior to co-founding Collective Contract, Lauro held various sales leadership positions at AIS, Knoll, Fríant & Associates and AMQ Solutions.
