LEAWOOD, Kan.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Tortoise today announced that First Data Corp. (FDC: UN) was removed from the Tortoise Global Digital Payments Infrastructure IndexSM and replaced by shares of FISERV Inc. (FISV: UW), following the completion of the merger on July 29, 2019.
Andeavor Logistics LP (NYSE: ANDX) will be removed from the Tortoise MLP Index® and the Tortoise North American Pipeline IndexSM and replaced by shares of MPLX LP (NYSE: MPLX) following the completion of the merger which is expected to close on July 30, 2019.
Worldpay, Inc. (NYSE: WP) will be removed from the Tortoise Global Digital Payments Infrastructure IndexSM and replaced by shares of Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS) following the completion of the merger which is expected to close on July 31, 2019.

The Tortoise Global Digital Payments Infrastructure IndexSM represents the existing global digital payments landscape.
